Am I charged for every generation?

Yes! Credits are charged differently for video creation, generative models and other features as per their pricing.

What happens if I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my subscription?

If you upgrade to a higher plan, any unused credits from your previous plan will be rolled over to the new plan. If you downgrade or cancel your subscription, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan and any unused paid credits will expire.

What should I do if I run out of credits? Do you offer add-ons?

If you need more credits, you can upgrade your plan for a higher monthly limit or buy credit packs to generate more media without changing your current subscription. Purchased credits are added instantly and can be used across the platform.

When do my credits reset, and do unused credits roll over?

Your credit allowance resets every month, on the day of the month you subscribed — on annual plans too, since credits are allocated per month. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

What is counted as a seat?

Any teammate you added in your invideo workspace would be counted as a seat. Teammates are invited from Members page. [Learn more](https://help.invideo.io/en/articles/9382163-how-to-add-team-members).

What payments do you support?

We accept Credit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis starting from the day you subscribe.

Do you offer Enterprise plans? / How can I contact the sales team?

Yes we do offer enterprise plans. For inquiries about choosing the right plan or creating a personalised package for your organisation, please reach out to our [sales team](https://invideo.io/enterprise).

Frequently asked questions

Everything about credits, seats and billing

Credits work like currency on our platform and are used for video creation, generative models and across other features, not for downloading content. Generative models are priced differently. All models are available at their original API pricing. You can use your credits however you like across the platform. We reserve the right to update credit costs at any time, without prior notice.

Heads up: Unused credits don't roll over to the next month.
